We advertised a 5.20% APY without the “variable” qualifier, and the model caught it before legal did.

Earn up to 5.20% APY on balances over $10,000 — substantially more than the national average.[¹]

APY can change after account opening — must be disclosed within the same sentence or asterisked footnote.

§ Manifesto

Most AI writes at your audience.
We write past your regulator.

In fintech, a sloppy sentence is a regulatory exposure. Most content tools were built for ecommerce and SaaS — they don't know that “guaranteed return” is a tripwire, that an APY chart needs a footnote, or that a Reg BI footgun lives in your “What we recommend” section.

We're building one engine, for one industry, on one pricing model: a flat retainer between $500 and $3,000 a month. Compliance-aware AI does the first draft. A senior editor — optional, but recommended — does the polish. Your in-house team does what they were hired to do: ship.

§ The Engine

Six features that close the gap Jasper, Omniscient, and Copy.ai leave wide open.

01

A compliance lexicon, not a prompt

Our model is fine-tuned on 14 years of SEC, FINRA, and state-level enforcement letters — so it knows that 'guaranteed' is a problem before a human ever has to flag it.

02

Every paragraph carries a paper trail

Hover any claim and see the source it was lifted from. No more wondering whether the AI invented a 17% figure overnight.

03

Flat retainer. No word counts.

Pick a tier between $500 and $3,000. Brief us as often as you like — quality and turnaround are governed by the tier, not a metered tap.

04

Optional human editor, on the same desk

Upgrade any draft to a former Bloomberg or American Banker editor without changing tools, briefs, or context. The hand-off is one click.

05

Brand voice that doesn't read like a chatbot

We build a private style guide from your existing posts, founder essays, and earnings calls — so the model writes the way your CMO already does.

06

SEO that respects E-E-A-T

Topic clusters scored against Google's helpful-content signals and your YMYL exposure. No keyword stuffing, no thin pages, no penalties.

§ Why fintech, only fintech

We dropped healthtech and SaaS to own one regulator stack end-to-end.

Compliance content is a vertical problem. The shortcuts you take to write for a productivity SaaS company are the same shortcuts that get a fintech marketer pulled into a 14-page response letter from the SEC.

So we picked the hardest neighborhood and moved in. Every prompt, lexicon, editor, and quarterly digest we ship is sharpened on it.

Designed with 9 fintech marketing leads, 3 compliance officers, and a former FINRA examiner.

§ Voices

Heard from the desks of our pilot fintechs.

We work with a deliberately small roster while we tune the lexicon. Four of them said it better than we could.

The first content shop I've worked with where legal didn't come back with red pen. They knew our APY disclosure rules before we sent them.

§ FAQ

Six questions the fintech CMO usually asks on call two.

01

Why fintech only? Wouldn't a broader audience be safer?

Compliance content fails in the specifics. APY, suitability, UDAAP, marketing-rule footnotes — they all rhyme but they're not the same. By owning one vertical end-to-end, our lexicon and editors get sharper, not blunter. Healthtech and SaaS are deliberately out of scope.

02

Is this AI replacing my writers, or augmenting them?

Both, depending on the tier you pick. Self-Serve at $500/mo is AI + your in-house review. Editor-Reviewed at $1,500/mo adds a senior human editor before delivery. Counsel-Grade adds a former compliance reviewer. The model never ships alone past tier one.

03

What stops the model from hallucinating a statistic?

Every numeric claim, brand name, and quoted source is grounded against a citation we control. If the model can't find a source, the sentence is flagged for the editor instead of being generated. The result is fewer 'sounds-confident, completely wrong' moments.

04

Are the retainers really flat?

Yes — there are no word-count meters or per-asset surcharges. Each tier has a fair-use cap so an outlier brief doesn't crowd out the rest of the roster, but you'll know if you're close before we ever invoice differently.

05

How are you different from Jasper, Omniscient Digital, and Copy.ai?

Jasper and Copy.ai are horizontal AI tools — you bring the compliance brain. Omniscient is a B2B agency without AI economics. We're a vertical content engine: software-priced like Jasper, editor-staffed like Omniscient, fintech-focused like neither.
